Return and Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you wish to return any item, please ship by U.P.S. or insured Parcel Post or equivalent, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
The delivery cost of returning your purchase is at your expense, including whatever additional customs or delivery fees are incurred. Sorry, shipping and handling fees that you paid for us to ship the order to you are not refundable.
Also, all orders sent from Israel, even if they are delivered outside of Israel, have to be returned to our Israel return address.
