Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. US orders for titles in our US warehouse ship from within the United States; all other orders ship from Jerusalem, Israel.
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
- US (in-warehouse): USPS Media Mail or UPS.
- From Israel — Fast Mail: small packages (under 2 kg) by Air Mail, 10–30 days; larger packages (over 2 kg) by EMS, 7–20 days; within Israel by Doar Shelichim courier, 3–10 days.
- From Israel — Regular Mail: outside Israel by registered surface mail, 6–12 weeks; within Israel 3–10 days (large orders) or 7–30 days (small orders).
Delivery times are estimates provided by the postal carriers.
Will I get tracking?
Yes — we provide postal tracking once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item. Return shipping is at your expense (including any customs or delivery fees), and the original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Please return items via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Orders shipped from Israel must be returned to our Israel address.
