I Am Adisa- Hebrew Edition

This is the Hebrew edition of Adisa by Wovite Worku Mangiso about a little girl who has immigrated from Ethiopia to Israel. Her new classmates, teacher, and doctor aren’t used to her Ethiopian culture. Why does Adisa have a name they’ve never heard? Why does her grandmother speak a funny language? Why is Adisa’s hair like that? Adisa’s deep connection with her native land and her pride in its rich culture gives her inner strength and enables her to share its beauty and unique customs with her friends. With a charm and self-confidence that belies her young age, Adisa teaches us that people’s differences are beautiful.
