G-d according to Yochi Brandes is no abstract Divinity. He has fully human qualities and even changes. But this change doesn't happen by his own merits but by the merit of of some of the great personalities of the Bible who school him each according to their own talents and abilities. Eve, Cain, Noah, Abraham, Moshe, Eliyahu and Yonah. Each one manages to make the creator their own and by doing so make Him ours. When God Was Young is humorous, warm and smart!
